7018 Mild Steel Electrodes

Virat Superior Welding Electrodes Grade 7018 is a heavy coated Low Hydrogen Iron Powder Type Electrode which can easily operate on AC as well as DC (+). The electrode is suitable for welding in all positions & is specially designed to give mechanically sound welds subjected to dynamic loading. The weld metal has good impact strength at room as well as at sub-zero temperature.

Application

650 Hard Facing Electrodes

Virat Superior Welding Electrodes Grade 650 is a medium-heavy coated rutile based air hardening type of electrode for hard facing application on mild steel, carbon steel and low alloy steels where approx. 600 Brinell hardness is required. Weld metal is tough and non-machinable. The electrode is suitable for abrasion, impact or combination of both. It can be used in all conventional positions and can operate on AC as well as DC (-).

Virat Superior Welding Electrodes Grade 650 has wide applications such as repairing, rebuilding and hard facing of wornout parts of earth moving equipments, iron wheels, hooks and shoes, crusher jaws, hammers, rock drills, oil expeller, car couplers, clutch plates, can cutting knives, dies, punches and drill bits, mine rails, tractors, grousers idlers, cement crushers, excavator teeth, concrete mixer blades, muller wheels and ploughnes, bamboo chiper knives, etc.

MIG Wires CO2

Virat MIG Wires CO2 - Steel Wire with uniform copper coating for continuous all positional welding on low to medium carbon steels, manufactured as per the latest technology to ensure smooth welding, excellent weldability, low splatter, stable arc, good feeding and current pick up. It has excellent copper adherence, with close dimension tolerance and controlled cast and helix.

Supplied in Standard Plastic Spool / Wire Basket of 270 mm dia x 52 mm id x 100 mm width weighing 15 Kgs. Nett (Layer to Layer Wound), wrapped in corrosion and moisture inhibitor paper and shrink packed in polythene. Thereafter the spool / basket are packed in corrugated boxes and again shrink packed in polythene for additional protection.
